How does BroodDoosNodig work
|
Enchanté encourages everyone—citizens, associations, companies, and service clubs—to treat others to a filled lunchbox. Schools convert that donation into a nutritious meal. This could be a cup of soup, a piece of fruit, a breakfast kit, sandwiches, or something else.
Every Brooddoosnodig school commits to offering the selection at least once a week. The schools make this happen with donations from citizens, associations, and companies. Will you support them too? |
A nutritious meal is crucial for getting through the day. That is true for everyone, and certainly for children and young people! After all, concentrating, learning, and playing are hard on an empty stomach. Yet, a well-filled lunchbox is not a given for everyone. We are doing something about that!
Since 2021, Brooddoosnodig has been taking up this fight together with schools. After a successful launch in Ghent, the project expanded rapidly to 21 other cities and municipalities. No fewer than 240 schools joined the project.
A committed company that makes a difference locally
Does your organization want to make a tangible, local and/or supra-local impact in Flanders and the Brussels-Capital Region? With Brooddoosnodig, you contribute to a future where every child sits in school without being hungry. Many schools encounter students daily who come to class without breakfast or a (low-nutritious) lunch. By financially supporting our project, you help directly to address this need immediately. In addition, we are also open to in-kind sponsorship: product donations, logistical support, materials, or other forms of collaboration that help advance the project. Every contribution, large or small, makes a significant difference for schools and their students.

Midgard Vikings Belgium launches the campaign on April 17, 2026.
We close the campaign on May 14, 2026 (Ascension Day). Delivery to us is scheduled for May 24, 2026 (Pentecost). Your waffles will then be with you in early June. |
